Then, the weather is a good indicator for enjoying a good SUP session, taking into account the wind in particular so as not to suffer from your outing!<\/p>\n

Do you absolutely need to book to come and do a paddle session?<\/h5>

It is not mandatory to book before coming, but it is always preferable, especially if you want to:
- come at somewhat exotic times,
- come out of season (from September to June),
- rent certain specific board(s),
- come in large numbers at a busy time (3 p.m.).<\/p>\n

By coming without a reservation, it is possible that I am going to run an errand, that I am in a meeting or that I no longer have a board available...<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

If you need to book, how far in advance should you do so?<\/h5>

There are no rules, book online or by phone when you have a fairly precise idea of when you want to come and how many of you will be: I will adapt as best I can ; )<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Do you have to be sporty to paddle?<\/h5>

Yes and no. But you do need to be motivated and in good shape!
Stand-up paddling is accessible to everyone, but you do need to know how to swim.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

At what age can you go stand-up paddling?<\/h5>

From the age of 5 or 6, depending on their water sense (lifejacket mandatory) and as long as they know how to swim, children can go stand-up paddling. For younger children, it's possible to sit down and share a board with an adult, or to paddle as a family on our tandem or giant paddles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

What's the price for an extra person on the board ? <\/h5>

Whether it's a child, a reckless teenager who doesn't want to paddle, or even a desire to chillout, come and enjoy the pleasures of SUP on someone else's board for 5\u20ac! This price includes safety equipment and administrative management.<\/p>\n

What equipment is provided?<\/h5>

Rental includes paddle, paddle(s) and lifejacket(s).<\/strong> Several types of boards are available to suit your needs (Allround, touring, racing).<\/p>\n

Depending on the season and the temperature of the lake, thermal equipment is ready or rented depending on its quality.
- Lycra UV Protect tops can be supplied on request free of charge while stocks last.
- Entry-level wetsuits can also be provided free of charge while stocks last.
- High-performance wetsuits are available on site from \u20ac5 in certain standard sizes (inquire directly on site).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
